There are various versions of the SPHYSICS code that can be downloaded (You need to register for an account to continue to the Download pages).
Software:
SPHYSICS_2D_v1.0 August 2007
SPHYSICS_3D_v1.0 August 2007
Both versions include visualization codes for use on Matlab with ParaView to follow soon.

You will need a copy of Acrobat reader to view the userguide (click here).
